We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund terms carefully.
Return Eligibility
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, unopened, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used products. Any returned items found to be opened or used will not be refunded.
How to Start a Return

- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Note: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Seasonal Items
Seasonal and holiday-specific items (including, but not limited to, Christmas decor and holiday-themed products) are final sale once the associated holiday has passed. Due to the time-sensitive nature of these items, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds after the holiday season has ended.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.
European Union Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must still meet the above eligibility requirements.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
- If approved, refunds will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method and in the original purchase currency.
- Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
