- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing times may be longer during peak seasons, sales events, or due to high order volumes.

Domestic (within U.S.) Carrier: USPS
- Cost: $2.99 flat rate
- Free Shipping: Orders over $60
- Estimated Delivery Time (after processing): 4–10 business days
International:
- Carrier: USPS or partner international carriers
- Cost: $2.99 flat rate
- Free Shipping: Orders over $60
- Estimated Delivery Time (after processing): 6–12 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
Shipping Locations
- We ship to all countries, including to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Undeliverable or Returned Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from a carrier location, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
- We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@elerae.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
